- Aggreko opened for
business in Singapore through the purchase of a local company (Yeow
Kong) in 1989
- In 2000 we opened a
Sales Office within the Singapore depot specifically for large
Power Projects and relocated a senior Sales Manager from our Middle
East business
- Aggreko scores success in 2002 by
winning and managing the Japan Soccer World Cup contracts
- Aggreko entered the China
market in November 2006, as a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise
(WOFE) with a trading name of Aggreko (Shanghai) Energy Equipment
Rental Co. Ltd. and the office became operational in February
2007.
- In 2007 Aggreko is named as the
Temporary Power and Temperature Control Exclusive Supplier of
the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
- 2008 Singapore head office moves
to a larger office and depot to support the
growth in demand.
