Having joined Aggreko through an acquisition over 19 years ago,
I have found it to be an organization where the passion for growing
a business, coupled with hard work and determination have resulted
in the success which it is today. For me it is the people that make
Aggreko a market leader – it is they who go to extraordinary
lengths on a daily basis, to consistently delight customers.
Aggreko has a very great future. Our people have enthusiasm and
ambitions, and a fantastic work ethic which drives the growth of
the business. Increased growth will come from constantly improving
the service to our existing customers, expanding geographically
where opportunities present themselves, providing more value-added
services to our customers and eventually by going beyond our
specialist rental services core.
There are significant opportunities for further growth in the
North American market over the next five years. The hub-and-spoke
business model, along with the alignment of our sales organization
by market, sectors and accounts, has led to significant increases
in customer service. We expect these improvements to continue and
will further expand our geographic coverage of North America by
filling out the network with local service centres and expanding
into territories in which we currently have no coverage. Our
culture - of teamwork, service orientation, phenomenal
responsiveness, commitment and “get-it-done” mentality - is what
defines us and sets us apart from other businesses.
