The Challenge
Overcome intermittent power to create optimum environment for food
Construction of a new supermarket warehouse in Madrid was happening quickly, with tight timeframes in place. There were no room for delays.
The building contained ample HVAC equipment to keep the foodstuffs housed within at optimum temperatures. To maintain freshness that their customers demanded required considerable power – and this threatened to delay completion.
Our customer relied on an emergency generator, but this lacked a stabiliser, which resulted in regular failures.
In order to complete the build and gain assurances for the critical HVAC equipment – dependable and adaptable power was necessary.
