Across the continent, we support a wide range of communities and businesses, from mining clients to utilities. In Mali, our hybrid power plant for a goldmine – which combine solar, batteries and diesel – delivers a 40% reduction in energy costs to allow the mine, and all its associated local employment, to remain viable regardless of how the price of gold fluctuates. And our project in Côte d'Ivoire injects 240MW of power into the local grid, using locally-available natural gas, training 54 Ivorian technicians, and allowing the country to export electricity its neighbours.

Roles across Africa
Technicians
Technicians in Africa work on a wide range of projects, from short duration contracts with smaller generators, to longer-term contracts that power whole communities. Technicians are either based at a depot, customer site, or are field-based and travel to customer sites, major projects and events.

Our sales teams are sector specialists. They start by understanding a customer’s needs and then propose the right products and services to meet their needs. We have salespeople based across Africa to serve customers wherever they are.
