Powering the Olympic Games
Aggreko have been appointed to provide temporary power
equipment for 10 Olympic Games.
2012 will see Aggreko continue to strengthen its relationship
with the Organising Committees for the Olympic Games
(OCOGs) by supplying temporary power for the 11th
time.
London are to host the 2012 Olympic games during the 27 July-12
Aug 2012 and Aggreko have been chosen to help power the the
dream.
Aggreko provided Vancouver 2010 with temporary power and
temperature control equipment at all of the venues throughout the
games, including; the International Broadcast Centre and the
Olympic and Paralympic Villages.
Aggreko played a crucial role in supporting the Opening Ceremony
of the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.
