We serve the world

At Aggreko, we deliver energy solutions all over the world to help businesses thrive and communities grow.

Look at our huge range of case studies. Across the Middle East, we electrify events from the Formula 1 in Qatar to Formula E in Riyadh. We're helping customers to reduce their environmental impact, like CCED in Oman where we convert flared gas into greener electricity. And we help crank up the volume to make MDL Beast the loudest music concert in the region, and keep everyone cool at The Diriyah Seasons Festival.

The first step to a global career ladder

We’re a team of 6,000 specialists, from all corners of the globe. And many of us began our careers as an apprentice or graduate, learning about the technology that sits behind our products.

We offer graduate programmes in the Middle East if you’ve got a mechanical engineering degree. Of course, we have a variety of roles if this isn’t quite what you’re looking for and we’ll develop and invest in you wherever you are.

People join us for different reasons

  • Although we're sixty years old, it doesn't feel like it when you work here. You can expect the professionalism and high standards of a larger company, yet without being pigeon-holed into a narrow role.
  • Whichever role you apply for, you'll get a breadth of experience and development. Because there's a lot going on to deliver for today's customers and build products for tomorrow's customers.
  • "No two days are ever the same."

  • The sense of teamwork is unique – it’s one of our core values – and we make sure people feel welcome and included, so they can be themselves at work.
  • “We’ve good camaraderie – everyone is open and honest – I don’t know anyone who’s come here and couldn’t get along with everyone.”

  • Our graduate technician trainee programmes are designed to give you a wide variety of professional experiences across the Middle East. You’ll have the opportunity to work in our depots, at world-class events and on client sites.
  • As a trainee, you’ll join other trainees on a comprehensive 12-month training programme, working at various locations throughout the Middle East . Each rotation consists of on-the-job training, classroom training and e-learning.
  • At the end of the programme you’ll be confident in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of power generators and other equipment, and ready to move into a technician role in Aggreko Middle East and Africa.
