The customers' cooling tower was failing more rapidly than expected and the required temperature load could not be met. In addition, the construction of the customers new cooling tower ran into an unexpected delay.

This resulted in the main challenge of delivering 7 cooling towers within the expected time frame of two
weeks. 

The main challenge of this project, was to install the 7 cooling towers on the specified location, which was near the current setup so the customer would not need additional water treatment and would not violate the ambient decibel levels.

Aggreko designed a special header to ensure connectivity between all our cooling towers, the basin
and the pump of the customer.

Aggreko made it possible to deliver and install seven cooling towers with all related ancillaries within a time frame of two weeks. Which enabled our customer to maintain his production and meet his expected delivery agreements.
