  • The F&B HEX is calculated with advanced sizing software and executed accordingly to fit your process requirements. With the modular gasketed plate and frame design, it is possible to adapt the unit. Each request will be calculated by our engineering team and the unit will be executed accordingly.
  • The F&B HEX is suitable for heating and cooling applications with a temperature between -10 up to 140 ˚C. This way it is suitable for most common F&B applications such as pasteurization and cooling.
  • The unit is assembled each time based on the process conditions. With our cleaning process in place, we can assure the unit complies to all your standards.
  • The plate corrugation design guarantees a uniform media distribution which increase heat distribution and prevents clogging.
  • Besides the standard plate design which is suitable for most fluids, there is also a version with a wide gap plate design to allow for fibers in the fluid, eg. fruit juice.
  • With the single pass and multi pass option we can execute the unit for both low viscous (water) and high viscous fluids (cream).



  • When pasteurization can’t keep up with the increasing volumes, we can add a F&B HEX in combination with a boiler to increase capacity.
  • When cooling of the product is not going fast enough, we can add a F&B HEX in combination with a chiller to increase productions speed and product quality.
  • When you develop new products that require different temperature levels these F&B HEX’s can help you out with a temperature range of -10 up to 140˚C.
  • Because it is a rental solutions these can be easily added and removed when circumstances require.
