Blair joined Aggreko in November 2021. Blair has extensive executive and board experience in both public and privately owned businesses across a number of different sectors including building materials, engineering, energy, chemical distribution, retail and FMCG.
Blair was a director of Marshalls plc, Chief Executive of Polypipe plc, Chief Executive of Tarmac Building Products and Chief Executive of Brush Group (owned by Melrose plc).
He has enjoyed a varied career which includes military service as a commissioned officer in the Royal Marines.
Chief Financial Officer - Appointed: January 2018
Heath is an experienced CFO and proven leader with experience in the engineering, leisure, transportation and industrial sectors. He has 30 years of experience within various finance, corporate finance, business performance, financial and strategic planning roles. He has extensive international experience in both M&A and corporate development activities.
Heath also holds a Non-executive Director position with Travis Perkins plc. Prior to his appointment at Aggreko, Heath was Group Finance Director for eight years at WS Atkins plc where, following the acquisition of WS Atkins by SNC Lavalin, he was appointed President, with responsibility for its global engineering, design, project and programme management business.
Before that, Heath worked at British Airways plc within corporate strategy, business planning and finance. Heath is a chartered accountant, having trained at PwC, with an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University.
President Americas – Appointed 1 February 2024
Bruce has responsibility for the leadership of our businesses in the United States, Canada and South America.
Previously he was the leader of Aggreko’s businesses across Europe and North America.
He has been with Aggreko for 25 years in a number of different leadership and roles across Europe, AusPac and North America.

Grant has responsibility for developing and implementing Aggreko’s digital platform with the goal of improving customer service and efficiency. He is also responsible for building our advanced analytics capability and for cyber security.
President Europe and Events – Appointed 1 February 2024
Robert has responsibility for the leadership of our business in Europe and our global Events business.
Previously, he was the Managing Director of Aggreko’s businesses across Africa, Middle East, & Asia Pacific.
He has been with Aggreko since 2005, covering senior management roles in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Prior to Aggreko Robert, held sales, operations, and general management roles at subsidiaries of GEC Marconi and Viola Environment. He holds the Advanced Management Program from INSEAD.
Group General Counsel - Appointed: November 2022
James joined Aggreko in November 2022. James is responsible for global legal affairs and leads the group's compliance and sustainability and ESG functions. James also serves as Company Secretary.
He was previously Group General Counsel at Modulaire Group and prior to that worked for global law firm DLA Piper in the UK and the US. James is a member of the New York and Maryland bars and is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales.
Commercial Director - Appointed: June 2021
Sunny joined Aggreko in June 2021 and is responsible for overseeing the commercial activities that support the business. These include procurement, engineering, manufacturing, fleet management, pricing, and group marketing.
Sunny has worked in both public and privately owned businesses and was previously the Deputy CEO & COO at Modulaire Group. Sunny is an accountant by background having previously held several positions as a CFO.
