2023 Highlights

Developing our people

Knowledgeable people are at the core of our business and are critical to our success. That's why we invest in developing skills for our business today and tomorrow and attract the trainees who will become our future technicians and managers.  

We use data and technology to give everyone access to learning to continually develop their knowledge and skills. In 2022, our colleagues completed 124,000 hours of training.

Driving employee engagement

Listening to our employees helps us to focus our attention in the areas that matter most. We measure employee engagement annually, reviewing how we are performing and where we can do better. 

Health and wellbeing

Mental health training is available to all employees as well as access to confidential free support on topics like nutrition and exercise, financial and legal issues, emotional support and life coaching.

Colleague engagement

Listening to our colleagues helps focus our attention on the areas that matter most. We regularly gather feedback through various routes, including one-to-ones, ‘all-hands’ meetings, leadership visits, all-company Q&A sessions, our online Microsoft Viva Engage community and our annual colleague engagement survey, Be Heard.

Health and wellbeing

We recognise the role wellbeing plays in keeping our teams safe, healthy, connected and motivated, increasing work satisfaction and performance while enabling people to live their lives to the fullest.

Human rights

As an international business, we recognise we have a responsibility for upholding and respecting human rights.


Through our sustainability framework, we work to provide sustainable solutions for our customers. Key to achieving this is working collaboratively with organisations that form our supplier network.
