Chairman - Appointed: October 2021
Mike Smith
Mike joined the company in October 2021 to lead the next phase of the company’s growth. Previously Mike was Chairman of Modulaire Group (formerly Algeco Group) heading up the sale to Brookfield in 2021.
He also served as the Chairman of International Car Wash Group (ICWG), leading the successful exit of ICWG by TDR Capital to Roark Capital in 2017.
Mike graduated from the University of Aston in Birmingham, UK with an Honors degree in Business Studies.
Chief Executive Officer - Appointed: November 2021
Blair Illingworth
Blair joined Aggreko in November 2021. Blair has extensive executive and board experience in both public and privately owned businesses across a number of different sectors including building materials, engineering, energy, chemical distribution, retail and FMCG.
Blair was a director of Marshalls plc, Chief Executive of Polypipe plc, Chief Executive of Tarmac Building Products and Chief Executive of Brush Group (owned by Melrose plc).
He has enjoyed a varied career which includes military service as a commissioned officer in the Royal Marines.

Heath Drewett
Heath is an experienced CFO and proven leader with experience in the engineering, leisure, transportation and industrial sectors. He has 30 years of experience within various finance, corporate finance, business performance, financial and strategic planning roles. He has extensive international experience in both M&A and corporate development activities.
Heath also holds a Non-executive Director position with Travis Perkins plc. Prior to his appointment at Aggreko, Heath was Group Finance Director for eight years at WS Atkins plc where, following the acquisition of WS Atkins by SNC Lavalin, he was appointed President, with responsibility for its global engineering, design, project and program management business.
Before that, Heath worked at British Airways plc within corporate strategy, business planning and finance. Heath is a chartered accountant, having trained at PwC, with an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University.

Laura Nador
Laura leads our businesses in the United States, Canada and Latin America.
Before joining Aggreko, she was CEO of CHEP North America, the largest business unit of Brambles, a global provider of logistics solutions and equipment pooling.
Laura has a degree in industrial engineering, extensive international experience across Europe, North and South America, and an MBA from London Business School.
